I'm certified coach (ECPC, Erickson Coaching International), team coach and career counselor, drawing on deep personal experience, integrity, and an interdisciplinary approach. I weave together transformational solution-focused coaching, career counseling experiential learning and body-based SEE Learning. I believe every person carries unique treasures within—waiting to be uncovered.
I’ve always been driven by meaningful questions and the desire to see the bigger picture. As a graduated geologist and archaeologist, working in scientific research with an unfinished PhD, I searched for answers beneath the Earth's surface—and in the depths of the human soul. My journey has taken me abroad for work and study many times - therefore I may offer the services in both English and Czech. I see great potential in international collaboration and diversity.
Today, I help individuals and teams discover high performance, build new bridges, and find their way to authenticity, collaboration, and inner freedom.

I design and sew clothing, grow watermelons, climb rocks, play the violin, and paddle rivers. I love to explore, create, dive into depth, and seek new ways of living meaningfully.
