Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between coach Kathy Lučan and the client in the provision of coaching services.
1. Booking and Reservation
- Coaching sessions can be booked via email, the website form, or another agreed method.
- A reservation becomes valid once it is confirmed by both parties.
2. Price and Payment
- The price for coaching services is always stated on the website or agreed individually.
- Payment is made by bank transfer or another agreed method.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the payment is due in advance.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- If you cannot attend a session, please inform me as soon as possible.
- A session may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
- If canceled later, the full session fee may be charged.
4. Nature of the Service
- Coaching is a process of personal development and self-awareness. It does not replace psychotherapy, medical care, or legal or financial advice.
- The coaching process is based on mutual trust, openness, and respect.
5. Personal Data Protection
- All personal data and session content are considered confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

6. Final Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective as of August 28, 2025.
- The provider reserves the right to amend these terms; the current version is always available on the website.
